Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Iconic Cards! By purchasing products from our store, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
Our limited-edition trading card boxes are designed for collectors and are sold in limited quantities. Each box is hand-numbered and contains handmade trading cards, making each set a unique, collectible item.
2. Order Placement and Payment
- All prices listed on our site are in GBP or EUR.
- Orders are accepted and processed only once payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product availability, or concerns regarding fraud or unauthorized activity.
3. Shipping Policy
- Shipping is available within the UK/EU.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 30 days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on destination, and tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
4. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the unique nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of defect or damage upon delivery.
- Right of Withdrawal:
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, certain exceptions apply, including bespoke, customized products.
Our trading card boxes and individual trading cards are handmade, with many featuring unique serial numbers, and are classified as personalized goods. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason, returns for reasons such as a change of mind, resale challenges, or other non-defective issues cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at [support@iconiccards.ie] with photos and details of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return shipping address: 115 Charlesland Wood, Greystones, Wicklow, Ireland. A63H5X5 (Under no circumstances are you to ship anything back to this address without contacting us first and getting authorization from us in writing, otherwise packages will be shipped back to sender).
5. Limitation of Liability
Iconic Cards is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use of third-party forwarding services. Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from product defects or shipping errors and does not extend to consequential damages, loss of income, or any third-party claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including product images, descriptions, and branding on our site, is the property of Iconic Cards and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
7. Amendments to Terms
Iconic Cards reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
