Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the unique nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of defect or damage upon delivery.

- Right of Withdrawal: 

Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, certain exceptions apply, including bespoke, customized products.

Our trading card boxes and individual trading cards are handmade, with many featuring unique serial numbers, and are classified as personalized goods. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason, returns for reasons such as a change of mind, resale challenges, or other non-defective issues cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at [support@iconiccards.ie] with photos and details of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
